Before appointment day
Choose a time when your child is less likely to be overtired or hungry. For an older child, explain the appointment simply and avoid repeatedly asking whether they are scared.
Check the booking details and contact us beforehand if your child has a particular need, family tradition or anything you would like Chris to understand.
What to bring
A parent or legal guardian must attend. Please bring the child’s Red Book; no additional photo identification is required.
Dress them in something comfortable and keep hair away from the ears where possible. The appointment, both earrings, Studex aftercare lotion and a Certificate of Bravery are included in the £65 price.
When you arrive
The appointment takes approximately 15 minutes in a private piercing room. Chris will explain the process, discuss placement and pierce each ear individually using its own fresh sterile needle.
Free parking is available directly beside The Viper Pit at 84 Liverpool Road, Irlam, with no time limit, so there is no need to rush in or out.
